Our brand was hijacked on an ASIN, and support has not been helpful. How do we go about this? The Hijacker only changed the brand name for the purpose of driving traffic. I never knew this is till possible on Amazon. Mods , pls help

For this situation, please follow these steps:
- Submit a report through the "Report Abuse" feature
- Select "Product detail page was changed to represent a different product"
- We suggest sellers to provide relevant details such as when the ASIN was created, by whom, and what the brand name was originally.

Same exact problem here with numerous fake brands hijacking our listings: Wnaldc, Oumebiu, STUBDL, Boppon, PGONA, Bhgytec, TUKIMA and I'm sure many others too. (Those were just from among our top 50 best-selling products.)
The hijacked listings are older ones and so for the overwhelming majority, our business name was still listed at the start of the item titles as Amazon used to require, nor does the fake brandname even sell these products itself, making it *super* obvious that they're our listings.
And in every case if you look at their products, each of these brands has precisely no connection whatsoever between the products they sell, everything from food, makeup and clothing to medical equipment, industrial machinery, automotive parts and more.
But despite that, every time but one that we've tried to address this with Amazon support, we've gotten precisely nowhere. We're just told that it's impossible to fix if we're not in the brand registry (which we can't do as we don't print our brand directly on the products and packaging) yet somehow these Chinese brands face no such limitation and can easily hijack our old listings with no consequences whatsoever.
The one time we got anywhere (with that Wnaldc brand) our listings were eventually returned to us, but multiple of them had already been hijacked again by the fake Oumebiu brand instead within a matter of a couple of weeks or less.
We have used the Report Abuse feature multiple times to report Oumebiu specifically (cases 17521277351 and 17536077711; possibly others too but since the cases don't even appear in our case history, I can't remember which.)
And as we've seen from other threads contacting the abuse address, we too have gotten absolutely no reply whatsoever when using that to report the issue. And even in the one instance where we did manage to briefly get our listings back, no action was taken against the fake brand which stole them in the first place; it remains on Amazon to this day with hundreds of listings.

They can make a BOT to take down a listing for pesticide (when a human can 'see' that it clearly is not) but they cannot make one to help a Brand remove a hijacker or keep them off the platform (until they can create another fake brand and start over again) Brilliant

The sad part is that Amazon allows the brand to be changed in the first place from some Chinese company. Happened to us and all we got was a scripted response making me jump through many hoops to prove it was mine. Of course, all they have to do is see the old brand and who changed it. Not that hard. But no.
