Selling product without Responsible Person info after 13 December
Hi there,
I already have a lot of product which will sell after 13 December 2024, which does not yet have the required information about the Responsible Person.
For the next batch, I will make sure I include that information.
Can I still sell out the existing batch (which is in our own warehouse) which does not yet have the Responsible Person information, for some time after 13 December?

According to the GPSR guideline "Yes" - According to Amazon probably "No", as Amazon cannot check since when you have these goods in stock. If it is still in your warehouse, simply label the address on it...
