Hello, I am new seller Amazon i have listed few products last week . Today I have 5 intellectual property claims, which blocked my listing and as being a new seller I have no idea what should I do now , have received an email that my account is at (High Risk of Deactivation). Although I can see there are many sellers selling the same product on amazon. Moreover i have authentic distributor's invoice of the product since I have not violated any policy, if someone can help me I appreciate it.

submit your authentic distributor's invoice to appeal the claim

Do not look what other sellers are doing.
You cannot drive an automobile without a proper license even if you see a lot of other cars driving down the road.
Worry about your own account.

Hello @Seller_OxweBgzrAx6Br,
Thank you for posting your concerns with a received intellectual property complaint.
Can you advise on the specific type of infringement you received? Depending on the type of infringement, we may have different requirements to address the issue. You can see more about the different types of infringement and their requirements on our intellectual property policy for sellers.
These types of complaints are concerns of intellectual property infringement from the brand or rights owners. You mentioned other sellers, selling the same products but as mentioned by @Seller_8sP6ffckcRn6v, it is always best to ensure you yourself are authorized by the brand to distribute their brand and intellectual properties to ensure that you're meeting our expectations.
Prior to listing and selling the product, did you get brand authorization that you and your store are allowed to sell these?
When you provided your invoices, did they meet our document requirements listed in the responsible sourcing help page?
Listed below are the requirements for sourcing documentation request:
- Copies of invoices, receipts or other similar documents that demonstrate where your products are produced or manufactured
- These documents:
- Should reflect the sales volume of your product across all Amazon marketplaces in the last 365 days
- Should demonstrate your product’s full supply chain
- Should include contact information for the supplier(s) and the original manufacturer. We may contact suppliers or manufacturers to verify the documents
- Your documents should be able to trace your products to the original manufacturer even if you did not purchase them directly from the xoriginal manufacturer. This may require requesting additional invoices or supply chain documentation from your supplier if you are not sourcing directly from the manufacturer.
- You may remove pricing information, but the rest of the document must be visible to enable adequate review of the documents you provide. For ease of our review, you may highlight or circle the ASIN(s) under review.
Additionally, what efforts have you made to confirm and verify your supplier is an authorized distributor of the products? Do you have confirmation from the brand itself, how did you decide to use this supplier?
The forums community and I are here to support you. Please let us know how we can help you from this point forward.
Emet.
