cross-border FBA issue

Does any Amazon Associate know which team is responsible for cross-border FBA? For this particular ticket, after weeks of escalation, the support team is now telling me they don’t know what to do or who to contact
Basically, some of our products cannot be sold in MX for unknown reasons, while all of our competitors are selling through cross-border FBA. At the same time, authorized sellers are drop-shipping our products!

perhaps you can assist with this existing case?
I think creating duplicated case is not allowed according to amazon policy?
