My Listing is at risk of removal because ISED compliance information is missing
I got a listing violation for my computer product listings because according to Amazon it is missing the ISED & HVIN Certificate numbers in the compliance tab.
Except the information is already there, and has been there for at least the past year.
I submitted an appeal showing a screenshot that the information is already there and the violation is false. I also provided the actual certificate and a screenshot of the item in the Canada Radio Equipment list so they can verify it is all legitimate. That got denied.
I called Seller Support, and the rep confirmed he can see the information but it is not showing up in the Amazon backend, whatever that means. He recommended that I upload the information via a flat file so it "pushes" the information into the Amazon backend.
I tried uploading the information for which it successfully uploaded and sent another appeal. It got denied again with the same message:
"Recommended changes to be done: This product has been identified as Category I or terminal equipment on Amazon.ca that requires compliance information mandated by Canadian regulatory body, Innovation, Science and Economic Development Canada (ISED). To comply with ISED regulations, you must provide the following compliance information for each product you are listing:
- The ISED Certification Number (for Category I equipment) or ISED Registration Number (for terminal equipment); and
- The Hardware Version Identification Number (HVIN)."
I contacted seller support again and this time they said the above information needs to be on the product detail images. Although it is already on there (The HVIN is the product name), he said a higher-resolution picture may be what they are looking for.
I tried uploading a higher-resolution picture manually through the product listing page and through a flat file upload. I have waited 24 hours and both times, the changes have not been done to the detail page.
Amazon, what do you want from me?

Hi Sandy I saw you helped another seller with this exact issue. I still cannot find a resolution to my case. Can you please help me out?

I have the same issue that items were removed due to this policy. Adding the ISED certificate number did not convince Amazon to reinstate my items.
The problem is that other sellers offer the same white-label products and their listings are still active, but my listings are down.
Amazon should step up against competition distortion instead of fueling it.
