I need answers about Amazon Fresh in Amazon.de. I found some articles telling that third-party sellers can't sell their products on Amazon Fresh anymore, but I also found some articles (maybe from Amazon.com) that if sellers meet certain requirements they can sell on Amazon Fresh. Can anyone from Amazon tell me if I can sell my production on Amazon Fresh in Amazon.de. If so, how to apply for that?

we recently created 3 ASINs in our account without issue, but shortly after, we were not allowed to list them nor edit details in inventory due to Amazon stating that they are not currently accepting applications to sell as follows:

Other Health & Personal Care category in Used - Acceptable, Used - Good, Used - Very Good, Refurbished, Collectible condition(s)

we provided all the documents needed without any issues and we are already selling the products worldwide and in Germany without any issues. it does not make sense that we are not allowed to sell on Amazon if we pass all the regulations on Amazon.

Freunde, Amazon hat kürzlich neue Anforderungen für EN 131-Falltests für die von uns verkauften Produkte veröffentlicht. Allerdings hat Amazon selbst keine spezifischen Labore angegeben, die diesen Test durchführen können.

Wir haben versucht, welche zu finden, und ein paar entdeckt, aber sie antworten nicht einmal.

Hat jemand Empfehlungen für ein Labor, das diesen Test gemäß EN 131 durchführen kann?
