Amazon Fresh requirements

I need answers about Amazon Fresh in Amazon.de. I found some articles telling that third-party sellers can't sell their products on Amazon Fresh anymore, but I also found some articles (maybe from Amazon.com) that if sellers meet certain requirements they can sell on Amazon Fresh. Can anyone from Amazon tell me if I can sell my production on Amazon Fresh in Amazon.de. If so, how to apply for that?

Amazon fresh is almost dead in Germany, I think in a few large cities it is offered rudimentarily for a few products. I don't think you can actively sell through it as a seller. Amazon is more likely to approach suppliers on its own.

there are currently no EU resources for SP available regarding Fresh hence it is likely not available.
