Suppressed. No reference price
I am unable to offer promotions on my products as they are shown as “Suppressed. No reference price.” However all of my products have a price set within their product records, under the ‘offers’ tab. The issue is not helped by Amazon calling this price, reference price, list price, standard price and your price. Even the Seller University article on the matter refers to a screen shot that shows ‘recommended retail price’. How do I solve this? Is their somewhere else (another field) where the prices should be shown? I am the brand owner and only seller on Amazon or anywhere else.

Amazon have the option to ignore a reference price, which includes if they cannot verify it

I assume this is Prime Exclusive Discount,adding a reference price or ignore using edit inventory does not not work the only way is to sell product consistantly which establishes a reference price.I have the same problem with BR items there is no work around.
