Access revoked on my amazon brand registry account. Please HELP
My problem has came back again and I have no reason why? I reported a seller for being on my listing (normal procedure) I filled out the form as normal and for some reason this time it was rejected. Occasionally it does get rejected, so I went to redo it and it came up with 'Access Revoked' for apparently breaking Amazon policies. How I have been banned for reporting a violation when it is under my brand is ridiculous

Was this actually your own brand and own manufactured product or did you claim a brand from a manufacturer. I know that there is a huge problem on Amazon with sellers claiming brands as there own in order to gain exclusivity on selling a particular product from another manfacturer. We have had a lot of problems with this and false claims of brand ownership from sellers.

Although the policy is harsh, labels are not sufficient for brand registry, unfortunately.
Brand Registry application process
"Ensure also that the brand name is permanently affixed to the product. Permanently affixed brand names are typically added during production and can be printed, sewn, laser-etched or engraved onto items. Stickers, labels, hung tags or stamps are not considered permanently affixed since they can be easily added or removed after production."
