Amazon need to allow sellers the option of NO returns

Everyone here who sells knows that Amazon's focus is not on the sellers. To the point that over and over, Amazon allows buyers to steal products, and all Amazon does is charge the seller more.

While I not sure this will ever be implemented, I'd like to see who here would like, or would rather take a hit on sales by not allowing a customer to return a product.

this would immediately cut down on fraudulent returns, or the buyer is just window licking and sending the product back with bogus reasons. all of which we sellers have to pay for.

I would much rather have valid buyers who really want the product verse bogus claims so they can return it on my expense

When you add up the cost of damaged packaging, AZ return fee and shipping fees the only one making money is Amazon.

anyone else feel the same?

Buyer confidence is why Amazon is so successful. Buyers -- lots of buyers -- are why the sellers are here.

Eroding or destroying buyer confidence is a very bad idea.

As many bad apples there are in the buyer barrel, there are worse -- much worse -- apples in the seller barrel.

That buyer protection needs to stay in place.
