Why is Amazon REOPENING A-To-Z Claims already CLOSED / WITHDRAWN by the Buyer ?
1. Buyer opened A-To-Z Guarantee Claim for Order ID
2. Amazon automatically granted the claim.
3. So I filed an Appeal against this decision.
4. Buyer then CLOSES / WITHDRAWS this A-To-Z Claim.
5. Since I had filed an Appeal when the Claim was decided in the buyer's favor initially, this Appeal ended up in the Claims Department's queue.
6. Amazon then REOPENS this CLOSED Claim and then AGAIN DECIDES THE CLAIM IN THE BUYER's FAVOR.
I have no words to express how extremely irritating this situation is.
Why is Amazon REOPENING A-To-Z Claims which are already in the CLOSED / WITHDRAWN status. This has happened a couple of times already with me. So I know for sure that it is a bug.
If the buyer does NOT want to file a claim anymore and thus CLOSES it, why is Amazon hell bent in making a seller's life hell by REOPENING the said CLOSED Claim? Every single such Claim causes havoc with the ODR and causes a loss of 1000s of EUR in business.
Someone from Amazon, please remove this defect from our ODR for Order ID as the buyer had already CLOSED this case !!!
