If you need to upload inventory for products that already exist in the Amazon catalogue, the Listing Loader tool can make this process easier. The Listing Loader is an Excel template that allows you to match your products to existing listings using just the product ID (barcode/UPC/EAN), saving you time from entering full product details.

NOTE: This feature is only available for Sellers with a professional selling plan.

Key Features of the Listing Loader:

• Match products across all eligible categories using a single template
• Use a barcode scanner to quickly enter product IDs
• Match products using just the standard product ID (reducing the amount of data required to list on Amazon).
• Upload inventory directly from Excel to Amazon

Supported categories:

Listing Loader does not support some categories, such as Media. You can find the list of supported categories here: Eligible categories.

To get started, download the latest Amazon Business Listing Loader template from Seller Central. The template includes built-in tools to look up product details using your credential IDs.

A few tips:

• For new products not yet in Amazon's catalogue, use the "Add a Product" tool first to create those listings
• Make sure you have Microsoft Excel 2002 or newer installed on a Windows PC
• For variations from eligible categories, do not use ASINs as the product ID
• Check the "Products Not Found" sheet if any products couldn't be matched
• Always review listings carefully before uploading to catch any errors
