Look For Good Inventory Managment / Listing Tool Or Program that allow to connect to correct ASIN

HI Guys

i am selling brand name shoes , and my current Inventory Management not working well and i am looking for a good Inventory Management or a Listing tool that can connect my product to amazon and if there is discrepancies, its going to help me assign it to the correct ASIN

lately i find alot of products on amaozn are being listed incorrectly, (many items from Birkenstock are listed incorrectly) , it seems that Birkenstock on purpose messing around with the amaozn listing on thire brand , since they do not wish that thire brand will be sold on amaozn, many products that in the past had good ASIN , now linked to incorrect products , when i contact to amazon to fix it , they say that the listing belong to the brand owner and and they are the only one can fix it

for example Birkenstock Boston Shearling are listed as Women , however the sizes are men size, the items on amazon catalog are listed correctly , but on amazon.com they linked to an incorrect listing , this is one ensample, there is also a size 40 link to size 10 us , however the correct size should be 9 us women, etc... i open over 15 cases and also report the listing as a violation, and NOTHING happen, i spoke to a catalog team for over 2 hours over the phone , and the keep saying that only the listing owner can fix

so what i am doing now is trying to find the correct ASIN that match the correct data , however its a manual work and i have so many items linked to incorrect ASIN , that is very hard to manually fix all the errors , especially when you do not know which item is linked to an incorrect sku , also i find out many items that are not listed on amaozn for many different errors

i am looking for a system that can make my job easier to help fix all these problems , a system that integrate to amazon on a deep level

cant send inventory to FBA , since we have a brick and mortar stores and we need the inventory in the store ,

we only sale FBM

I checked in with the team and they confirmed that due to the volume of ASINs, provided they need the following:

- a document with the ASINs that need correcting

- a manufacturer's website with the UPC for each listing that needs correcting or images of the product showing the item's packaging with the UPC (and the attributes that need correcting)

Please respond to the case with the requested info.

I checked in with the team and they confirmed that they were not able to take action on the listing as they were not able to see that you currently have listings for the ASINs.

They recommended that you list those products, and then request corrections through your account. While the corrections are reviewed, you can leave the inventory at 0.

THEY ARE NOT WILLING TO DO NOTHING TO FIX THE PROBLEM , i provided Marcus with all the information he asked for , after working so hard to provide everything and i got an auto generic reply that they cannot change the listing since its belong to brand owner ,after all the back nd forth , and days spent , i go back to the point A , every day i get customers fuming that they got the wrong product and we keep taking listing off amazon , since over 30% of Birkenstock listing showing an incorrect products , keep in mind that these listing was 100% ok with no issue and suddenly they been changed to an incorrect data on amazon , i guess the CEO of Birkenstock is very smart , hurting amazon with his own rules

amazon will lose not only customer that purchasing Birkenstock, they will lose them also purchasing other products , its a shame that what Jeff besos worked hard to achieve, a bad policy will ruin everything , on top of it i noticed that my sales dropped a lot and i lose alot of buy box , even when i have lower offers , i don't know , if that department trying to get rid of me

after wasting alot of my time and i provided amazon with all the information he asked for , after working so hard to provide everything and i got an auto generic reply that they cannot change the listing since its belong to brand owner ,after all the back nd forth , and days spent , i go back to the point A , every day i get customers fuming that they got the wrong product and we keep taking listing off amazon , since over 30% of Birkenstock listing showing an incorrect products , keep in mind that these listing was 100% ok with no issue and suddenly they been changed to an incorrect data on amazon , i guess the CEO of Birkenstock is very smart , hurting amazon with his own rules

amazon will lose not only customer that purchasing Birkenstock, they will lose them also purchasing other products , its a shame that what Jeff besos worked hard to achieve, a bad policy will ruin everything , on top of it i noticed that my sales dropped a lot and i lose alot of buy box , even when i have lower offers , i don't know , if that department trying to get rid of me
