where do i change importer on record
I am struggling to figure out where to change the Importer of Record and Exporter of Record. The compliance department is saying that I can not claim Amazon. I don't think I ever did... but either way I need to change it and I can't figure out where to do that. Thanks for your help!

Amazon cannot act in that capacity or make these arrangements for you. I would recommend that you review your documentation to ensure that you have a proper Exporter of record and importer of record. If you are unable to identify the appropriate documentation you may want to hire a logistics provider such as a customs broker or a freight forwarder if you have not already.
