Amazon Vine Reviews - Against Community Guidelines
Hello-
I have signed up for Amazon Vine reviews on 2 products now. First of all, I've found that some of the reviewers are very honest & reasonable (even if not 4-5 stars).. Great - nobody expects them to be overly positive but I do expect them to be reasonable & follow guidelines. Some have gotten a product & NEVER left a review (9 months later). They just took a free product I paid for.
But there are other Vine Reviewers who clearly are just trying to give a 1 star review (perhaps from a competitor...bc it is strange & usually these reviews don't line up with any of the others). A few of them actually violate Amazon's own review policy! What is worse, is that I've tried calling & e-mailing Amazon about one review in particular that is a flagrant violation of policy (a review on damage while in transit, not about the product but about the product packaging) - Even the Amazon representative I talked with agreed it was obvious. But each time, I've been told that only the "community team" can remove a review - & here I am 8 months later and the bad Vine review that violates Amazon's own policies is there.
In all honestly, I've never experienced such bad service from a company as a seller. I have had many other ridiculous issues unrelated to this one (deleting a saved listing template, ridiculous rules on getting inventory to warehouses exactly on time, terrible customer service when you call for help, listing or brand rules changing while a product is in transit, etc etc etc) which I don't even want to take my time to write out further. They deserve to have the FTC investigation after the things they put sellers through. I'm a new seller, & after 2 products, I'm done. I don't even know if I'll continue as an Amazon customer myself after seeing from the inside how badly they treat their sellers.

Hello @Seller_nRLgctoLZ7QOk
Sandy from the Community Manager team here.
I wanted to make sure I clarity your comment here about Vine.
Vine Voices are not required to leave reviews for products they select. Please review our Vine Frequently Asked Questions!
I'm sorry you had to experience this situation. Would you please provide me the case ID so I can also look into it as well? If I believe it fits the criteria for removal I will contact a specialist team to see if they can action on it.
Best,
Sandy
