Your campaigns have stopped delivering.
I am a new seller on Amazon. When the stock arrived in US 2 days ago, I tried to start advertising. After I created the 1st auto campaign, system stated that campaign created but payment failure. Then the whole ads account stop delivering, I cant even add new campaign. It keeps showing "There’s an issue with your payment method and your campaigns have stopped delivering." And the campaign status shows payment failure.
The system's default payment method is from seller account. As a new seller, there is no balance from the seller account, so I guess it is the problem. I tried to update the payment method with 4 different credit cards, and wait more than 24 hours, problem still.
I could successfully run ads in Canada because I set the default payment method to one of my credit cards before I created the 1st campaign. Now Canada ads is running normal.
Ads in US is still having problem and cant be solved. Already created a case to ads support team, still no reply from them. Anyone could help with this?

Have a same problem. The only difference is that I have been use Amazon Advertising for 6 years. please write here when your problem is solved.

I received a response from case as below this morning. Case support seems simply reply with the same answer to all the sellers facing the same issue. They did not mention about the reason why I am not eligible for for advertising. I am also frustrated that having a significant inventory and without PPC to sell.
"Hello from Amazon Advertiser Support,Thank you for contacting Amazon Advertising.We understand that you received a messaging stating that you are not yet eligible for advertising. We do apologize for this inconvenience however, we are unable to approve your request to access Sponsored Ads at this time. We recommend you review the below content for recommendations on how to improve your selling metrics; this will help improve your chances of becoming eligible for advertising at a later date."
