Hey guys, Recently I needed to submit my product for compliance audit. I submitted Doc, product pictures and CE test certificate as required but it was rejected. The reason is that it needs to comply with EU 61851-1 standard. And my certificate standards are EU 62752:2016/A1:2020 and EU 61851-21-2. It should be noted that for my product, Portable Charger (IC-CPD), this is the only certification test given by IEC's official website at the time I did the certification. For stationary charging devices, it is required to pass EU 62815-1, but we are just a portable charger, and the CE certifiers only required to pass the IC-CPD standard test. Due to forum restrictions, I can't provide a link to the official IEC website, but it's easy enough to find this standard description in it.

I repeated the appeal many times and described the problem many times, but the auditor did not seem to see the reason for my appeal, and repeatedly replied that I needed the 62851-1 standard, but did not bother to verify my reason.

The deadline for this compliance audit is 12/22 and I keep getting denied, so I have no choice but to ask for help here.
