I have a consistent problem with a massage oil that cannot be added to an advertising campaign because it is being improperly flagged as an item that is ineligible for advertising. The bots go through and make it ineligible every few months.

I have opened a ticket with seller support (17243644141), and it has been 2 weeks with no update. Is it possible to get this looked at? I'm losing sales.
