My primary account can't log in maybe because of system bug, but sub-account can log in, account status is healthy

I am a Amazon seller, I faced a big problem that my primary seller account can’t log in, I have asked help from amazon seller support service 50 days ago but they haven’t solve it until now (Case ID is 13123549181). I guess it maybe caused by system bug, which seller support service team or account specialist may can’t help me, only technical team can solve this problem.
Why it’s a system bug!
1. My seller account status is healthy.
2. I can sign in my store by sub-account, then check that all products are on sale and amazon ship my products to customer as normal.
3. I can receive amazon payment as normal
4. I never change my email and phone number, my email address have never been stolen.
5. The only thing wrong is that I can’t sign in primary seller account by my registered email, which show not exist.
6. Amazon account specialist has reinstated my account but no effect
Problem detail:
I log in my primary seller account but the login page showed that” We can’t find an account with that email address”. You can find the login page screenshot as below,

I am so sad and desperate. This seller account is all I have. So I really need amazon technicist to deal with my login problem. Then I can continue to operate this store.
