Hello Everyone, I want to send my product with Amazon UPS Contracted Cargo.
''UPS (Amazon partnered carrier) is unavailable. Check your ship-from address and try again.'' I keep getting this error My Shipping Address is Chicago ILLINOIS Please can you help me. I have deleted and re-tried the workflows many times I used a different browser I created another condition but it doesn't help please if anyone knows please tell me Thank you very much in advance

We are having an issue as well trying to send in. It is showing us this message and going to Chicago as well.
UPS (Amazon partnered carrier) is unavailable because the box weights or dimensions for one or more of your shipments are not within the allowable range for Amazon partnered carriers.
Not sure if this on Amazons end or this warehouse.

Just seeing this thread - is this issue still occurring for you? It's interesting that another commenter also mentions getting the same error, also from Chicago. I recommend opening a Seller Support case and reporting this issue. If you have done so, please drop the case number here in the thread and I will be sure to follow-up. If there is an issue occurring I will want to escalate to ensure it is fully investigated. Thank you!
