Not Receiving OTP on number Because of Country restrictions
Urgent Help Required!
Not receiving OTP on PK number which is attached to Amazon account.
When I try to login in account Amazon is asking password reset required. Picture is attached.
However, I am receiving an OTP on email but not phone number Because due to country restrictions. Picture is attached.
Amazon support is not understanding they are saying create a new account. This is impossible to create a new account
I have opened multiple cases but not receiving a response.

I have asked the to provide the link where we can submit our government issued documents.
It is a system error.
We have multiple pending refunds and we have to refund those customers avoid a to z guarantee claim and seller offer suspensions.
Please amazon support help us to figure out this issue.

I wish SS would stop telling sellers to create new account - that is so wrong !!

Please help us out. We have opened multiple Cases with Amazon.
When we try to login amazon asks us password reset require.
When I try to reset the password I am receiving the OTP on email but not on the phone number due to Country restrictions. Our number starts with +92 Code which is restricted.
We have authenticator app as well.
I have already shared the Case IDs as well that are generated through child access
