Hello,

I have attempted to add prep details to several items added in the last 24 hours and I keep receiving this message. I have even tried it with products that already exist in my inventory...and ones where the SKU is very clearly listed.

What's going on?

What message were you getting by chance so we can better help troubleshoot it?

Additionally, I wanted to share some general guidance on SKU's from one of our Seller Central help pages:

  • Every product in your inventory file must have a unique SKU.
  • An existing SKU cannot be changed; it remains in the catalog until you delete it. That is, you cannot change SKU "123" so that it reads "ABC" in our system simply by changing the SKU in your inventory file.
  • If you upload an inventory file with data for a SKU that already exists, the more recent data replaces data from previous feeds.

Lastly, have you by chance worked with Selling Partner Support to get this issue resolved yet? If you have please provide a related CASE ID to the issue you are experiencing so we can help investigate further. Looking forward to hearing from you soon.
