Here are Amazon’s policies and help pages for CDs and DVDs for you to review:
Condition guidelines: Video, DVD & Blu-ray Discs
Video, DVD, & Blu-ray - (Listing in new condition)

I'll be a bit more direct than what Medic has furnished.
It's NOT a good fit any longer for Amazon unless you are an established seller.
Go to eBay and sell them there. You will have some protection from complaints there that you will never have on Amazon.

Unless you have some particularly valuable CDs, make sure you do your arithmetic on Amazon fees and make sure there is going to be any profit on those you sell.
Some wonderful CDs are not worth selling online.
Also true of DVDs
Ex-library copies are usually worthless since CDs and DVDs in Like New Condition are worth so little.

Hi @GUMBO
As @Medic stated, please start a new topic to leave this one open for Sellers with questions pertaining to selling CD’s and DVD’s. Thank you!

Poorly, there is another place that is a better fit.

These are still saleable, but prices are way down and rental or ex-lib copies are at the bottom of the barrel.
For example someone gave me a bunch of Cds a couple weeks back. Very good shape, but one I sold today made 67 cents after shipping and fees.
To be fair some did quite a bit better, but CD selling isn’t like 10-15 years ago and isn’t going to be.
