Crazy theft at the entrance of MDW2 warehouse

My FBA shipment is 29 boxes worth $44080, lost! The freight forwarder delivered to the MDW2 warehouse on March 2nd and received Amazon's POD receipt. But more than a month has passed and it has not been registered for storage yet.

At first, the investigation time given by the system was April 12th, but when it arrived, it was adjusted to April 27th. At that time, the investigation time will continue to be adjusted backward and cannot be opened.

This situation is the same as last year, it is still the MDW2 warehouse where there is no one to manage rampant theft. What should I do now? Who has encountered a similar situation, can you help me!

Please know that there could be a number of factors causing this date change. In general, reconciliation dates can sometimes shift due to the shipment's tracking information and receiving times while it is being researched by FBA Fulfillment Center agents.

As much as I wish I could, I am unfortunately unable to expediate this date. Additionally, I do need to wait until that date passes and for the shipment to go through the proper reconciliation steps before I can potentially escalate this further, if needed.

If you haven't done so already, I would recommend reading through this post about what to do if your FBA shipment is lost or delayed.

Now, if this is not resolved after that investigation, please reach back out to me in this thread so I can assist further!
