Entering LPN on FBA Customer Returns page - scam customer

I received an FBA return which is a counterfeit copy of my product. Customers buy them on some junk website and then return the counterfeit to Amazon.

I have the LPN but when I enter it in the FBA customer returns page, I get zero hits. I've included "LPN" up front, left it out, typed it with and without the spaces as is on the label, etc. And I'm setting the pull-down to 365 days and nothing. And there's no order ID on the little printed slip that's included with the return.

The format of the LPN label is "LPN XX XX#######" How should I be typing this to get a hit?

I want to get a reimbursement and report this scam customer if possible.

Use this form: https://sellercentral.amazon.com/reportcentral/CUSTOMER_RETURNS/0

Enter the LPN (NO SPACES) in the appropriate field (so, something like LPNRRD9****)

Make sure the date range is at least the past 30 days - the lookup usually defaults to "previous day" which if you're not aware of that is confusing because it won't return any results without opening up the range.

Then hit "generate report", and you should be able to see the LPN's corresponding order number, and can then go see the order, leave notes for yourself on that order, and/or start to file a case for reimbursement and/or also report the customer for abuse of returns policies (the report tool is here: https://sellercentral.amazon.com/abuse-submission/form/buyer-abuse-refund)
