Secondary user cannot be added with this email address
I am trying to add my VA but I’m getting this error when I try and amend my permissions:
"This secondary user cannot be added on this account with this email address. Please use an alternate email address”
I’ve tried using an alternative email address but that didn't work as well. Has anybody been able to resolve this, it seems to happen to all new users I add.
