Scheduled call never reached me

Hello, I have been trying to add my first product but I am having issues. To make it more difficult for me I have been scheduling phone call support since yesterday buy for some reason my schedulscheduled call never happened and they say they couldn't reach me so I hahave To reschedule it!

I can warranty my mobile and line are are perfect and reachable.

Support chat not helping at all.

is it any way to finally get called by phone from Amazon?

Any number I can call to speak with a Seller representative support?

I will appreciate any help and support.

Good Evening @Seller_54W0BhME3M1j6 - I wanted to check in on your thread and see if you still required assistance regarding contacting Selling Partner Support:

  • When you click the help button in the top right hand side of Seller Central there is a button that takes you to Seller Support.
  • After that you can choose a selection that matches with your request, and you should have the option to either submit an email or phone call

Just in case you receive the "called to early" message, here is a help page on how to troubleshoot.
