add product not available for user
Hello. We have an existing seller center account and are able to add products using the administrator user however no other user is able to see the "Add Product" option under the Category menu. All permissions for these additional users are set to either Admin or View Edit. What permission/setting are we missing to enable additional users to add products?

Michelle at Amazon here. I am sorry to hear that you are having issues adding a product. Under the user permissions, the Manage Inventory/Add a Product needs to have View & Edit selected. If you have that selected, can you provide me with a case that you have with Seller Support so I can take a look? If you haven't contacted Seller Support, please start here.
