IP Accelerator Brand Registry
looking for some insight hopefully am not the only facing these Brand Registry Issues.
I had gone through IP Accerelator so I was thinking at least about a month of Trademark Application submission and Amazon made aware of the Trademark Application I should be able to Apply for the Brand Registry with no issues.
I had Applied with correct design, Manufacturer letter and invoice basically I thought I had carefully followed all the steps but going into my 5th week and still my Application shows Pending Review.
I even sent another email to the Trademark department but no response....just looking for insight hopefully am not the only one

When Amazon says something must match they mean EXACTLY!
That means Street is not ST.
Jim is not James.
ALL CAPS is not SOme CAps
And so on………………..
They mean every comma, period, dash, etc. must be EXACTLY THE SAME.
What is the name of the Owner (REGISTRANT) on the USPTO site? Is it the EXACT same name as the owner of the Amazon account?
The OWNER of the Brand is the one that MUST enter into the Brand Registry agreement. If the owner is not the same as the Amazon seller the seller will have to be granted access by the owner.
If it is NOT exactly the same you will need to show some proof that the two are the same. As I recall, I had to submit my LLC State Registration with MY name as the owner of the LLC since my Amazon account is under a different LLC name.

It appears there may have been a mix up in the mark selection in the application! It appears your trademark is for a design mark image.
Please ensure that the trademark details (that is, brand name, mark type, and design mark image) entered in the application match the trademark record exactly. Then, reapply with the corrected information.
