Legal Entity Country Problem
We recently moved our business from Peru to the US. Now we need to change our Amazon legal entity country to the US. However, we are unable to update the country in the legal entity section of our account (the option appears blocked). We opened a case with Seller Support weeks ago, with no response yet. We completed the tax report and updated it with our US tax information, but the option to change the country in the legal entity is still blocked.
For this reason, we have not verified the account through the INFORM LAW, as we cannot indicate that our company is in Peru, when it is now in the US. Due to failure to verify, our account has now been blocked.
Please tell us what we need to do to update this, since our business is now located in the US. Thank you very much!
