How to handle a scam return

I'm hoping somebody can guide me, as I'm just not sure which direction to go. A buyer opened a return request for a new/sealed item she bought. She stated as the reason that it arrived late, which it did through fault of the USPS and not us. Then under comments she stated "poor quality." If she's returning a new product because it arrived late, she would know nothing about the alleged poor quality of the product. Then within a couple of hours I received a message from her telling me to send her a label because she doesn't have a printer. I haven't responded to that message. I'm tempted to just mark it as "no response needed" and move on with my life. Since the item arrived late and we used Amazon shipping, Amazon will fund this anyway...theoretically. I'm just not sure though.

No, since the item has been delivered now Amazon won't fund it through an INR A-Z Claim. If you choose, you could print and mail her the label. If you don't, she may leave you negative feedback.
