I was having issues receiving OTP on my number so I tried to change two-factor authentication from my number to the authentication app but to change it I needed to remove it so I requested Two-Step Verification Account Recovery but 28 hours passed still two-step verification was not removed or have not received any reply from amazon support team. Kindly suggest how can I recover two-step verification. Thank you
