Great example of how broken the support AI is
So we have an issue with an abusive buyer and after speaking to account health started reporting all of them (like 70+ and growing) regularly to make sure they have all the info on his history.
I used a template that copy/pasted the same words into each one (basically, "Keeps switching out items - returning 100% of the orders and replacing our products with FAKE knock offs")
Today, I get this loaded in my email acknowledging the submissions but over half of them say that I used the wrong system - either I needed to report copyright infringement or that it should be a case for an FBA refund. So it turned into a roulette system and lost effectiveness.
So for everyone really frustrated that you can't get anywhere with support here is a very solid line of proof that the AI they use is very broken (look up AI drifting). Maybe the mods will see this and can push more detailed information on what needs fixing in their support.

Whenever I have an issue that involves sending 2-3 violation claims, its usually manageable.
However, your task looks impossible to complete with reporting for counterfeit alone. I would recommend you enroll in the Transparency program. Its annoying because its an extra cost but it would resolve your issue and minimize having to rely on Amazon approving your violations.

I understand you have concerns about potentially damaging actions being taken by buyers in regards to your products.
Please continue to report any abusive behavior using the Report Abuse tool found on the Account Health page as this is currently the best way to submit this information and have it forwarded appropriately. Here is a video on how it works.
All reports are thoroughly investigated by our team. For privacy reasons, the results of our investigations can't be disclosed, but we'll take any disciplinary actions we find appropriate.
I am also engaging with a community manager to further review this information.
Best,

Infringement isn't the only way this occurs. We sell carved stone animals for curio cabinets. Of course, Amazon bots flag these as children's toys incorrectly.
I submit the appeals copied and pasted, with some of the items being quantity 1 and others being a 3 pack. Seemingly randomly, some are approved and others they still try and claim are children's toys.
It makes no sense - sometimes the 1 pack is approved and the 3 pack isn't. Other times (different shapes) the 3 pack is approved but the 1 pack isn't. Other times they are both approved. Other times they call both of them children's toys incorrectly.
Good luck getting someone that can actually help when something like this happens. Amazon is too big for its own good, and they seem to have given up on both buyers and sellers over the past few years (I have had completely different issues as a buyer as well, but that is for another thread).
