i have been locked out of my account for a month because i do not have access to my 2 step verification phone number
My two step verI went to login and a otp password was sent to a phone number that I've never seen before. I contact Amazon support and google. I'm always sent to this link: Recover Your Account after Two-Step Verification Fails.

This process doesn't work. It requires you to be logged in to your account in order for you to upload your identification. I can't login to my account and thus can't recover my two-step verification.
I've tried a dozen phone calls and support tickets. The furthest I've gotten is having a phone support person tell me to make a new seller account so I can regain access to seller support.
Seller Support won't help me because I'm not contacting from the primary account (I am writing to you from my secondary account).
I'm devastated. I have pallets of things that I can't ship. I'm going to be running into financial troubles if this continues much longer. Can anyone please help me? How do I get back into my account. For any support agent one

Update - they yet again couldnt help
i received an email to the wrong amazon acount to set up a phone call to verify and yet again they could not do it because it was related to the wrong account. We are still in a neverending loop.
