Hello, my account was deactivated and I was asked to provide utility bill to reinstate my account. I however don't have a utility bill with my name and address on file, on it. I guess I'll need to undergo a video call identity verification. Please help with this so that I can get back to selling. Thanks

A utility bill is part of verification, you need it. I am not sure a video call will check the address verification box off.
