Issue Listing due to Error message

Hope everyone is doing well.

I have a jewelry store on Amazon now for several months. Every time I have listed a product I have had an issue. However most of them were resolved pretty quickly. Unfortunately due to these constant, and incorrect "flaggings", I have lost quite a lot of time. Constantly having to contact a rep, wait for them to reply, and then figure out whether or not the issue can be solved via email or if i need to call another rep for extra help.

For the past 4 months now, I have not been able to list a new product into my store because every time I try to fill in the value for the required field of "length" of my product (which is a bracelet), I receive an error. I have contacted at least 3 reps with screenshots of the problem, then finally got in touch with one by phone who was able to walk me through the Excel Spreadsheet route of fixing the error, and was then able to load the product on successfully. But the next product I tried to list again, gave the same error. Even when I tried to copy the listing. Unfortunately the spreadsheet route of creating a listing takes a very long time. I am quite a quick worked and can create an entirely new listing [on Etsy for example] in 10 minutes tops. Having to spend 2 hours creating a listing and not knowing if it will be accepted in the coming 24 hours, is quite the hassle. My store on Amazon has come to a complete halt because of this consistent issue.

I understand I am not the only one having this type of problem, and believe that Amazon should at least be able to fix this type of problem, or refund at least one monthly payment to Sellers. There is no control of mine on this issue. It is entirely Seller Central's problem, and I have been paying to keep my account without being able to have any activity on the platform due to the ongoing errors.

I never used them, but perhaps you can find a listing expert under Amazons Service Provider Network.

It might cost a few bucks, but maybe it can get resolved quickly & you can start selling.
