Can you have FBA stock for the same ASIN but different SKUs, namely one WITH manufacturer barcode, and one with FNSKU barcode AT the same time?
We have stock at amazon with FNSKU labels on.
I have followed Amazon instructions to create a new SKU that will use manufacturer barcodes instead.
Can I send stock into that new SKU with manufacturer barcode on, while the other SKU (with FNSKU) codes still has stock?
In Amazon instructions it said you need to Stock Out or do removal if it is the same SKU/Listing (i.e updating the same listing), but I think because it is s a different listing it shouldn't be an issue sending the new ones in.
My main concern would be that I htought it was against TOS to have multiple listings and sell the same product. Obviuously amazon has specifically instructed to do that in this case, but I don't know if me starting to sell the same ASIN from two listings would flag up problems for me.
Please advise Amazon!

So it sounds like you made a new SKU not a new listing for the product.
Click the listings and if they go to the same place you only made 2 SKUS. If that is the case, you will have to do a stock-out or removal order for the original inventory (then I suggest deleting that SKU so you don't confuse them).
You are correct it is against Amazon policy to have two SKUs with the same listing condition.
Just a note, I personally will only use the FNSKU label types. If you use the manufacturer barcode they will fix your inventory with any other seller selling on the listing using the manufacturing barcode. (You will still have the same inventory count as what you shipped however the exact inventory you shipped may not be shipped to your customer, it may be another unit from the mixed bin). So if another seller is selling knockoffs or not high-quality products, that will affect you too.
FNSKUS are your own bins for your inventory and your orders will only get shipped from that inventory.
