You can't walk into a trader joes ,buy something and then turn around and sell it on Amazon. I think you should try eBay.
You will not get your account reactivated.
Seller_rGcQW1yb6ZWbC
Are you trying to sell something you bought at Trader Joe's as a retail customer? Or do you have a business account with them (by your message, I don't think this is the case)?
Since you only have a receipt (as a retail customer) and not an invoice (as a business customer), then you cannot sell whatever you bought from there as 'New' on Amazon's site.
I am sorry to say, there is no way for you to save your account in order to sell your Trader Joe's product,
You may be able to re-activate your account if you completely change your business model. Become an authorized seller/re-seller of a different product and ask Amazon if you can sell that.
Good luck!
Seller_XgCquaAJQ7wBR
In this case, amazon won't accept your receipt. Amazon will ask you for the invoice.

Since you have OBVIOUSLY not bothered to study anything BEFORE you started 'selling' I'm giving you the entire lecture.
Please note that it will NOT do you any good but MAYBE it will save some other rookie from roasting and toasting their account.
You are confusing AMAZON allowing you to list (or at least "ungate") an item or category and actually being APPROVED to sell a product. AMAZON is only interested in FEES. They will allow a chimpanzee to list if it means they collect $$$$$.
You really need to go study Seller U instead of TikTok and YouTube before your account gets kicked to the curb permanently.
NOTE -- You SHOULD have but you didn't -- YOU ARE TOAST.
Since you don't appear to have done that PLEASE pay attention to the following:
The first question is -- Are you authorized IN WRITING by the BRAND to sell their items on Amazon? That means from the BRAND, not some random wholesale source that can NOT authorize anything – they only SELL.
More and more brands have provided a "whitelist" of their approved sellers and if YOU are NOT on the list you will be stopped in your tracks and probably hit with an IP violation.
The second (and probably more important) question is -- Where are you sourcing your products? Are you buying direct from the brand or through an AUTHORIZED wholesale source?
NOTE – DOING RA IS NOT PERMITTED ON AMAZON. PERIOD
Note -- YOU were doing RA and despite what @Seller_ImP1urpxemf0A says you can't even do that on eBay any longer!
There are a LOT of FAKE wholesalers out there ranging from places like Sam's Club, Costco, BJs Wholesale and others to all those Gray market providers touted on TikTok, Twitter, YouTube and other places. AND there are places like Ali#$#$ that sell counterfeits and knockoffs.
Any of the guys mentioned have resulted in so many account suspensions that it is impossible to count the number.
When Amazon says in Seller U to use an Authorized Reseller they mean an AUTHORIZED (by the BRAND) Wholesale Distributor – NOT some random wholesale distributor that has “thousands of brands” in stock but is NOT authorized by the brand.
Here is an Amazon MOD response to another post with similar issues. I share this because a FEW people don’t believe in needing permission to sell from the BRAND.
“Hello @Photo1,
My name is Dougal from the Community Manager Team. This can be a difficult topic to navigate so I appreciate you posting here in case others have the same or a similar question.
Thanks to @NEVERLAST and @Brigittefor providing assistance and I don't have much more to add other than restating that you need the Brand Owner's approval to sell their brand. I also want to provide you the help page on why a letter of authorization is needed and what should be included in it: Letter of Authorization.
Hope this helps and please let us know if you have any other questions.
Best,
Dougal”

I hate to confirm this, but the days of Retail Arbitrage are over on Amazon.
To be safe, every ASIN you sell must be backed-up by a Wholesale Invoice by a Manufacturer or Distributor recognized as Authentic by Amazon.
IF / WHEN you are able to secure Wholesale Terms with an Authorized Distributor, you MAY be able to get reinstated as an FBA Seller.
I do not believe you will have any path to reinstatement using a Retail invoice proving Retail purchase of a product.
Those days are Done on Amazon.

AGAIN IT IS NOT POLICY... Ill keep correcting all the misinformation until people start giving CORRECT information
Seller_kIukTwdhvntAp
You are TECHNICALLY CORRECT. However, you are fighting a losing battle on AMAZON and most likely on other websites as well going into the future.
See the post from @Seller_R2dP7Hunjcdj0 a couple hours after yours.
OR, you can feel free to argue with @Danika_Amazonwho said this ( this was on a prior post where you were making the same argument and disputed my interpretation. )

Hi @FlipAholicand thanks for reaching out. I'm not 100% sure I'm following your question. Would you mind restating it and elaborating a bit?
If @NEVERLAST's interpretation is correct--if you're asking about Retail Arbitrage--this is not allowed. He's provided you with some good advice, including the quote from the ever-brilliant @Dougal_Amazon.
Given that you're new to Amazon, I'm going to add to @NEVERLAST's suggestion that you study on Seller University and provide a link to resources for new sellers. The For beginners: Fundamentals of selling with Amazon series contains articles, videos, and webinars to help you get up and running as a seller on Amazon.
I hope this is helpful and that you enjoy the rest of your day.
Best,
- Danika"
YOU are clinging to the PAST -- a couple years ago actually.
Seller U specifically states that a RECEIPT is NOT accepted for any category that requires approval for ungating or listing of a brand.
While there are still a number of categories that don't say they need approval, MANY state "No, but certain sub-categories require approval."
Rookie sellers can choose whether they want to try and wade through quicksand, cross molten lava, OR actually grow a business by buying from AUTHORIZED SUPPLIERS and getting BRAND APPROVAL to sell on Amazon.
Other sites will differ in their policies.
The internet sales landscape has shifted. Congress has passed laws stripping websites of what they had perceived as protection from lawsuits for selling stolen merchandise and that includes gray market stuff as well since there is no 'chain of custody'.
My tea leave reading the past MANY months is that they are cleaning house and removing sellers by the hundreds that have been doing RA and other things such as gray market sales that have been ignored on here for years.

Seller_Lu3bFSNnS57zM
That was a really long response. You could have just said it's perfectly allowed but if you ask many in the forums, it isn't sustainable and IF a brand happens to file a claim against you, it will be that much harder to get listings reinstated and if your account is young and you get more than 5 of the same complaint, you can get suspended.
Respond using policy as your reference. That is what's proper
Seller_kIukTwdhvntAp
Responding using POLICY only works IF Amazon has a policy that was actually written in concrete or etched in stone, which they DON'T HAVE.
Amazon has never, and never will, put policies down in a way that THEY are going to be tied to the EXACT LANGUAGE USED.
Amazon wants total flexibility to be able to change course over time -- OR at a moments notice when laws change.
Stating policy AS WRITTEN and telling some rookie that this is THE LAW on Amazon is exceedingly dangerous to the rookie and anyone else reading 'the policy as written.'
Stating the REALITY of what Amazon is enforcing is the KIND thing to do so rookies are not suspended because 'it's not a policy violation.'
Just ask the several hundred sellers that have been suspended for RA over the past many months.
It is NOT a coincidence that there has been an increase since Congress stripped the websites of protection from prosecution for trafficking in stolen goods. Amazon has attorneys that are at least relatively bright when it comes to regulatory matters.
The entirely predictable outcome of the RA apologists continuing the futile 'it's not a policy violation' argument is that EVERY CATEGORY will become gated AND every seller will need to prove they source from authorized wholesale distributors.
That should shrink the number of sellers on here by a considerable amount which would make the site more manageable not to mention the decline in total cheap junk being sold on the site..
The software would work more smoothly AND faster which would be wonderful.
Seller_Lu3bFSNnS57zM
Ummm.. they do have written policy. It is all "etched" on paper. Their lawyers wrote everything that can and can't be done on amazon. U are delusional to think otherwise. The issue is complete lack of training to properly apply that WRITTEN POLICY
Seller_5QspwJBroEwXb
"The entirely predictable outcome of the RA apologists continuing the futile 'it's not a policy violation' argument is that EVERY CATEGORY will become gated AND every seller will need to prove they source from authorized wholesale distributors."
If you are so positive that this is Amazon's end goal then why haven't they done it yet?
It would take a mere fews lines of code to alter the software to implement it yet it hasn't happened?
Gee, I wonder why that is?
Seller_l2FtXoutu62Uw
In addition and in parallel to written 'policies' they also have what every company on Planet Earth has, big or small, and that's an overlapping set of customs and practices. Like it or lump it, those reflect the realistic trading landscape. It's as important to understand these and establish safe work-arounds as it is to do anything else.

You have your own axe to grind. We are aware of that.
Trotting out your cause in this thread is extraordinarily rude.
You are not offering help, you are just being mean.
Seller_27lQXuZPqUkar
Answered your own problem.
Only Suppliers, Distributors & Wholesalers provide Invoices.
Can't resell what's already been REsold once at a REtailer.
Seller_SJRMV3s4mNrFA
ONLY AMAZON IS ALLOWED TO DO THAT!
Seller_2srXkS44rN39i
Seller_NaEy7NOsIT9d8
That is at all not accurate. Amazon is only interested in fees that come without risk and hassle to Amazon. They forego many opportunities for fees in the service of minimizing risk. In fact they wage a 24/7 continuous battle keeping potential fee generating new and used products off their catalog.
Most likely because there are huge amounts of gravy out there to satisfy their desire for easy "low hanging fruit" revenue. They don't need to scrape for tainted business that might introduce complexity into their hugely successful business model.
Seller_WPSIO1iNbgAbQ
So it is my understanding that you can sell RA if you sell the item as Like New. since this would a more accurate description.
