my main image dont recognize my upc
Hello Sellers, I am new in this platform, and I am currently trying to add my first product on amazon MX, I have a problem when I am adding my main image of my products.
this message appear: The MAIN image that you have submitted shows a product that is different than the product represented by the ASIN's existing MAIN image. To resolve this problem, remove or update your contribution's MAIN image so that it shows the correct product, or update your contribution's identifying information (e.g. UPC, ASIN) so that it corresponds to the product shown in your MAIN image.
the thing is that i am totally sure that my UPC code correspond to this image.
is there someone who know a bite about this?

Is the UPC code GS1 certified? If not, it is possible the UPC code you have was already assigned to another product before you purchased it.
