Global User Permissions Has an Email that is not ours
Hello
We have had a business contact us for allowing them to use our brand. We added their email to our brand registry in 2018 but had also immediately removed it . recently while fiddling with the Global User Permissions , We realized that the Email We had added into brand registry (also removed ) is now showing as an Admin of the account . When We are trying to remove that Email it gives us this error .
"Primary Account ManagerThis is the primary account manager account for Jaald. This account has all rights that apply to Jaald, and those rights cannot be removed."
Contacted seller support several times with no real help . We need this email removed from our Global User Permissions . the email address that has been added is possibly stealing all our data.
Any help on how to get that email removed will be great help.

You are wrong, THIS Email is showing as the Primary Account Manager, not just an Admin!
Unfortunately, when contacting Amazon and describing the things as you do here, anybody would think that YOU are not the owner of the seller account and that you are trying to take over an account that doesn't belong to you. The owner is the "Primary Account Manager" and seller support will not remove the primary account manager.
This is made to protect the sellers and frankly I can hardly imagine that you put a "business contact" as Primary Account Manager back in 2018. I even doubt if this is possible.
On your place I would close the actual case and create a new one. Reflect very well how to describe SHORT and precise what you want. In fact YOU want to be instated as Primary account holder and you have to ask them what documentation they need to proof that. Certainly it needs a new verification of all your documents.

Only ONE Email is primary and it cannot be removed as Amazon already said you:

No, this is not possible. The delete option does exist only in "User permissions".
HOWEVER, you have another possibility. Go in "Global...." and click "Manage Rights". There you click everywhere "None". So this user can no longer do anything.
If you say me now that this is not possible, you try to cheat in some way and all our l o n g discussion was just lost time for me.

Hi buyer_point, I have this same issue right now. Mine is a malicious email that I dont recognize and cannot delete. My email is also the primary account manager but this email is also.
Could you solve your issue?
