I just realized my bullet points are missing on my listing on both PC and mobile. Why is this happening ? I need help getting this fixed ASAP. When I go in Seller Central to edit listing all my bullet points are there seems to weird why its not showing up .

I faced similar issue once. Uploading inventory template choosing full update might fix it.

Not that unusual which explains why a lot of people 'shopping' on mobile devices or 'smart' phones buy the wrong stuff.
Do they show up on your desktop? Don't have one? Find someone who does and check.

thanks everyone for trying to help. I got it working as i change somethings on my listing by Captilizing the first letter and cleaned it up and it worked

I found out that Amazon has changed the listing display format that the bullet points are now hidden under the "About this item" by default on the desktop computers when browse Amazon.com as a Prime member. So buyers do not see the bullet points and they do not know they have to click the arrow on the far right side of the "About this item" to see the bullet points.
This is a very bad decision Amazon has made. Because people do not see the bullet points, they do not see the features about the product and lose the interests to buy it.
I also received customer's message about the item is not as advertised because they did not have a chance to see the bullet points and does not have memory about the features of the item they bought. This is cause a misunderstanding and false accusation.
Amazon, please change back to show the bullet points by default ASAP.
