Product details, Bullet points not updating
Hi,
I have been trying to update my bullet points, title, description using the flat file method. The updated points are not visible when I go to manage inventory and click on edit for every particular ASIN whereas none of the updated details are visible on the customer end.I have tried to contact seller support by creating a case log but the answers I get from them are very generic i.e to perform a full update with a flat file which I ahve already done.
Can anyone help me try and figure out what exactly the issue might be.

In most cases, we have to try every method to resolve the issue since Amazon provides so many ways.
And in this case, uploading an inventory template through FULL UPDATE will probably fix this issue.

Hey @Seller_3HHjsbG2AaGQY, sometimes bullet point updates can fail to go through for a reason as simple as missing capitalization. I'd recommend letting Seller Support know that you have indeed tried their instructions and they have not worked. Can you let me know the case ID you're working out of?
