LTL Shipment with wrong Reference ID (PO Number) on BOL
Hi All,
When I created a shipment from my supplier (China) to FBA, I chose the option of Small Parcel Delivery (UPS) but my supplier, without my approval or giving me a heads up decided to ship via LTL shipping method, which lead to having a wrong Amazon Reference number (PO Number) on the Bill of Lading.
Long story short, the shipment arrived at the fulfillment center about 7-8 weeks ago, but still no updated of receiving in the shipment.
I created the Seller support ticket multiple times, uploaded the proof of delivery (ISA card), provided the appointment number, signed BOL, screenshot of the email the freight forwarder received from Amazon fulfillment center confirming the delivery, but because the BOL had the wrong Reference ID (BUT correct FBA ID), Seller support team is keep rejecting the documents I provided to proceed to further investigation.
But all of the cartons had the correct Amazon FBA carton labels.
Has anyone experienced this in the past? If so, what was the best approach to get this resolved??
I had multiple attempts with seller support, but no one can help with this issue.
Thank you in advance!
