Case pack "sold as a set do not separate"
hey guys this quite urgent
I shipped 120 cartons of which each cartons had 6 units of Same product.
I even labeled it as sold as a set do not separate and the listing is also states sold as a pack of 6
However the fc had ignored my sticker stating sold as a set and went on to individualized each unit and started shipping my units as individual instead of case pack.
Customer are mad at this time coz they pay $29.99 for 6 bottles but instead Amazon ships only 1 bottle.
Bad reviews on my page making it hard to sell my products now.
Created cases are cases these people take pictures of my case pack and tell me there is no issue at the fc but when customer orders they send only 1 bottle.
At this time I have no clue what to do , struggling with this business since I took a loan and almost Amazon destroyed my brand. Any help guys ??

Are the items labeled individually with FNSKU or ASIN or just the cases?

Did you also make sure your FNSKU labels and "sold as set" stickers outside boxes are obvious for them to scan, and there are no other barcodes for confusion? I'd also double check make sure under the listing your unit count is set correctly.

If you can show Amazon it was their fault, they should strike through every negative review and list that Amazon fulfills the order and takes responsibility. Consider putting the listing on hold and having products returned if necessary to avoid more bad sales while you work it out. Bummer, but typical of Amazon to ignore your request. see if they charged you to label items for you. If so, that means they did it.

Simple.. Don't use FBA.. Amazon really has evolved into a PayPal clone or payment processing giant,, just like McDonald’s is a real estate company.. There are so many pitfalls in FBA it's crazy.. Do your own work, or hire employees to do the work instead of "renting" Amazon workers where you are not the boss. Subletting labor with no control is suicide..

As others have pointed out on here, putting a label such as "SOLD AS A SET - DO NOT SEPARATE" front and center, is very helpful. You could put it on 4 sides to be safe. But JUST 1 BARCODE LABEL, and right under the "DO NOT SEPARATE" LABEL, TO SHOW IT'S JUST 1 PRODUCT.
1x2 5/8" labels are less than a penny apiece. Losing your business over lack of labeling, priceless. Peace of mind for over-labeling "DO NOT SEPARATE", priceless. Hope it works out. God bless you! Lee

First of all, if you want that the customer get pack of 6 then you have to pack them before shipment like Coca cola bottle 6 are pack in the plastic wrap. Individual and case pack shipping plan is something else you are confusing with them, its shipment plan of your cartons.
Now, you have to do these things. Firstly change the frontend and backend of your product and change the number of item from 6 to 1, and also write clearly this thing in the product title and write pack of 1 bottle. Then change your product price and set your price for Pack of 1.
Then you can set the "Business price" for your product like if someone buy 6 products and they will get 10% discount to attract customers towards your listing.
Then in next shipment make sure to pack six units in plastic wrap and then paste the product label on the plastic wrap of the 6 bottles.
