We have DPMA trademark and we have brand registry with amazon.de and the ASIN is under that registered brand. We have tried changing the titles the changes are not being accepted. There is apparently no error.

Upon writing to seller support and also to brand registry, we getting following reply.

After a review, we've determined that the title attribute you would like to update for this ASIN has already been claimed by another representative of the brand.

While we are unable to make updates as per your request, we have sent the changes you requested to the brand owner for consideration.

However, please note that they are under no obligation to make these updates. Your change request may be updated only if accepted by the winning contributor and further follow up is not required by you on the same.

We are the original brand owner and under brand registry, we have not added any other seller central as brand Representative or Rights Owner.

We don't know who is the right owner. Amazon is saying that even though we are the brand owner but catalogg contribution is given to some other seller.

This is nightmare, we have hundreds of products under that brand and suddenly we started getting issue that we cannot change anything.
