I have a problem with one of my variation listings across European marketplaces, sold through FBA. In Germany this variation listing has split into 2 different variations, which I have been told by seller support is due to the categories being different - some are now Cachepot (Ubertopfe) and the rest have remained Flowerpot (Topfe) which is what they all used to be. I've tried German seller support, and brand registry, but I am told that these listings cannot have their category changed as their 'contribution is owned by Amazon Retail' and no solution has been given. (see case ID 9114588212). All I want to do is bring these items back together in DE as it is affecting our sales having them split into 2 variations when they should be together. Please help!
