I would like like to create a fresh seller account on amazon.
If I close my previous amazon seller account(fully activated and good account health) and Ltd company, Will I be able to create a new one with a different Ltd but same person details?

No. Amazon will deactivate both as they will be classed as connected accounts.
If you need to open another account for a different company then details must all be different for the first one. Even still Amazon may it find it suspicious.
You can apply to Amazon for 2 accounts though

Can you not just transfer it to the new Ltd?
