Customers left negative product reviews which are explicitly not about the product & violates community guidelines
We have customers who received wrong products, and they left negative reviews complaining about the wrong products.
These violate the community guidlines: 1) Off topics, not about the products. 2) Ordering Issues and Returns.
We have case logged, case ID 15687334341 with more detailed information.
I feel disheartened because this is a new product, and one erroneous negative review can have a significant impact. I kindly request that this review be removed to maintain the integrity of our product’s reviews and ensure customers receive accurate information.
Per Amazon's recommendations, we have already clicked the Report button when the initial review was posted but have not heard back

Thank you for utilizing the forums!
Reviews are hard to remove unless they a violating Community Guidelines. Since you already reported this issue via the Report Abuse setting.
I would suggest sending an email to community-help@amazon.com, describe the situation and how you believe the Vine reviewer potentially received the incorrect product.
For privacy reasons, the results of the investigations can't be disclosed.
