Chargeback Claim after Refund

Buyer ordered, then when package arrived, refused delivery. Returned to Sender (me)

Our return details state that any refused shipments will incur a restocking fee to cover shipping cost.

We refunded the customer the price of the Item.

1 week later, Amazon sends us a Chargeback claim, and within 1 hour of receiving that email to respond, the Chargeback status has changed to Pending, and it says THE CHARGEBACK IS BEING PROCESSED.

Can any Moderators please help me with this, as the people in the CHAT feature are of ZERO help, and I can not get anyone to call me back regarding this.

Unfortunately, when it comes to chargebacks we are vey limited on ways to assist you. In order for Amazon to intervene the chargeback reason would have to gravitate around payment related fraud as per Chargeback guidelines.

That being said, does the order allow you to submit for a SAFE T Claim ?
