Hey, we sell a product that has been restricted. Ive red everything about the restriction policy on Amazon but i can find out what is the problem.

This is the German seller forum where sellers can exchange information with each other. Without knowing the blocked product (what kind of product it is) and the reason for blocking on the part of Amazon, no other seller can recommend anything to you here!
Amazon usually communicates very clearly why a product has been blocked. Violation of guidelines/laws (these are linked), trademark infringement, customer feedback, etc.
And the moderators (other/double thread) can't do anything with the information you've shared, they need the corresponding case number and possibly the ASIN/SKU.
